  2. We would like to request the addition of a feature in the RingCentral HUD (Head-Up Display) that allows administrators to view the idle time of users. This feature will provide visibility into user inactivity, aiding in better resource management and enhanced team oversight.

  3. Currently, the feature supported with this integration only includes:

    • /ringcentral meet - Starts a new RingCentral Video Meeting and posts the join link.
    • /ringcentral call - Start a new RingCentral Conference and post the dial-in number.
    • /ringcentral help - Brings up the different /ringcentral slash commands.

    Hopefully, we can include service status notifications from RingCentral to Slack

  6. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365.   12. Due to area code, phones don't match numbers calling with numbers in the Corporate Directory. We have a corporate directory set up, but any entries there don't match the numbers that call us, and the names from the directory aren't displayed. I've done some testing with the local directory; I'm very sure this is because it sees the number with an area code as different from the same number without it (For example, it would see 01234 567890 and +441234 567890 as two different numbers and not match them) But attempting to edit the corporate directory with 0's instead of…

  14. Currently, the outlook integration app has two kinds of outlook phone call handling

    1. The select to dial as you can see on the screen, it works perfectly

    2. The call contact (like button on contact card). The 'Call' menu in the contextmenu by right click on contact should be the same as the call button on contact card.

    It would be great if we have an option to make a call under the 'Contacts/People'(listed in the Global Address List), personal contacts, and shared contacts.

  16. telephonySessionId is the value that the API RingOut return to the client after a success outbound call is originated. And this is also the unique key across multiple Webhook events related to a single call. This is the only info that the client application know about the call, so accessing the Call Record Detail using this telephonySessionId is a must have feature because filtering this value using the API List User Call Records will slower that getting the record detail directly using API Get User Call Record.
