  2. Integrate Asana into Ring Central App Connect. We use Asana as a CRM and as a customer support tickets with our customers and vendors, so integrating it with RC for the CRM use would speed up our operations.

  4. Could you create a Workflow template where your presence will auto-change in the RingCentral app based on your office hours or set hours? For example, if you don't work on weekends, your presence should auto-change to Invisible or DND.

    We love this idea. We are planning an upcoming feature called Scheduled workflows which should be the perfect way to help manage presence statuses. We will try to include this ability in that release in Q3 2025.

  5. Call Log Association Issue: from SalesForce to RingCentral
    When initiating a "Click-To-Dial" call from a Person Account and associating the auto call log with a specific Case through the "Related To" field, the call log appears on the Person account but not in the associated Case feed. Please review to attached video for example.

  8. Currently, every time a user changes their status in MS Teams/Teams Embedded App, it shows in the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal, which causes the logs to become cluttered, making it difficult to track other important activities.

    We are looking for an option to prevent these status change logs from appearing in the audit trail.

Summary of the Request: Customers using the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Teams have reported that when their landline is busy, incoming calls are logged three times in the MS Teams call history instead of once. If the landline is not busy, missed calls are logged correctly as a single entry.

  13. Live transcription to be automatically added to the selected ticket when answering a call from Ring Central from within Zendesk.

    Currently, this automatically inputs the call details (Time, Inbound/Outbound, Duration) but it would be great if it could input the call transcription or a summary of this.

  15. Currently, we only have a ringing tone for incoming calls on RC for Salesforce.
