For people who have audio issues having the ability to review the call makes it easier for all of the Administrators to copy and paste the transcription and for people with auditory issues like hear or processing this could be a huge benefit for them. The current transcription will not record the entire call or evening download the entire call.

  10. We have server side call logging feature in our roadmap targeted next year Q1 which will allow users to log calls irrespective on which RingCentral platform user makes outbound/inbound calls.

  13. Customer has done de-authorizing their phone app multiple times and when they are logging in to the same device, it is giving them 'Limit Reached'. They wanted to have this removed as for the limit so they can use the phone app without any issues.

  16. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

  18. Currently, agents are being logged out of the CXOne system when multiple browsers are open with CXOne running in each. We would like to request the ability to configure a setting that allows agents to remain logged in across multiple browser instances without being automatically logged out, improving flexibility and user experience.
