Screenpop on a New browser window or tab | RC for Salesforce
Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).
It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.
This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

My caller id on outgoing zapier calls does not match my selection in the zap. Also I need help configuring the ring out so that I don’t need to answer by pressing one and also I only want the outgoing call to initiate once I pickup.

Stop the phone number from parsing when logging text messages in Salesforce
There should be an option to remove the parsed phone number when logging text messages in Salesforce since it's already found within an existing contact and will appear redundant. It's an opportunity to make SMS logging "cleaner", per the customer's opinion.

Currently, we only support Phone, SMS, and Fax in MS Teams Embedded App.

RC for Hubspot - Call Logs and Recordings
We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.
We need all calls logged, even those done outside of hubspot. For example, if a client calls one of our agents directly on your Ringcentral softphone, we need it logged in hubspot but it doesn't right now. Only if the agent…

Create a single task for queue calls | RingCentral for Salesforce
Currently, Salesforce creates multiple tasks if the call is from a call queue. It would be great if we had the option to filter those calls and only create a task for the answered calls. This way, it will be easier to understand the created tasks.

The RingCentral plugin for Teams requires users to install a plugin that only works for Windows and Mac machines.

Currently, we can only use the 'Picklist' data type when creating tasks or dispositions when logging a call.
It would be great if we also had the option to use the 'Picklist (Multi-select)' data type just like with other carriers such as Tenfold.

Limit the Call Handling to Super Admin Only - Limit App Settings
We want to limit the USER APP settings to be changed. Only the Super Admin should have the ability to change Work Hours and After Hours.
Currently, we turned off all User Settings in Roles but the User was still able to edit.

Unified status in Presence sync between MS Teams Embedded App and RC App
The EA is a telephony-focused app that uses our platform presence status. However, the RingCentral App has another messaging focused status that is also being used. This extra status used in RingCentral app causes the 2 HUD displays to show different results.

The usage of this presence status in different apps may vary.
It would be great if the status in RingCentral and MS Teams Embedded App is synced or unified which is the main purpose of the Presence sync feature.

Ability to pop-out embbeded dialer on MS teams
Customer wants to have the ability to separate the RingCentral embedded dialer on MS teams, like the one we have on RC app where you can pop out the dial pad and move it to separate screen.
