  2. I am a chronic care nurse and I call the same people every month. Is there or could there be a way for me to plug the patient's name, phone number, chart #, and time of call in a task? I would like to use the task section to build my patient list for the month so that I don't have to use a paper weekly/ monthly planner.   3. We could set expectation as to when they will receive a reply. Patients seem to think someone is answering their text messages 24/7. They get upset if they are replied to quickly. It is only during office hours.

When trying to perform deep dive analyses on agent efficiency and effectiveness some of the most granular and thus most useful data can be queried from the Agent State History reporting API (https://developer.niceincontact.com/API/ReportingAPI#/Reporting/getAgentStateHistory). This data represents every second of an agent’s time. For states in which an agent is active on a call, it would be very helpful if the state history records cross referenced the Call ID. This would enable the analyst to develop an understanding of an issue from both the customer’s and the agent’s perspectives.

  10. Reincubate Camo is a 3rd party camera app that allows you to use your phone's camera as the web cam. RingCentral Meetings allowed the integration, but the new RingCentral App does not. Your phone's camera is a much better camera than most built in webcams.   12. It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. Having an option to provide them a link so they can connect to a RC call via Zoom would be great. This integration would be good for the app, RC video and RC…

  17. If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

  19. I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.
