relate a call to a deal in zoho crm
I love the integration of ringcental and zoho crm. However, through the automated popup that occurs when a call comes in we are not able to relate a call to a specific deal. This has to be done by going into the "Activities" module, finding the specific call and then relating it to a deal. I will attach screenshots. FYI - we have renamed the "Deals" module in our crm to "Jobs."

Allow SETTINGS Options to DELETE/DEACTIVATE User Account!
Please READ carefully as the issue is not what you might think, nor simple. Currently there’s a Developer GLITCH in RC App where if a User creates an account using "company email" not through the Admin Portal, NO ONE including Admin and the User can Delete this Account once it’s created. Each time I call Support and Log a Ticket, I’m given this Self Help Link; however, this DOES NOT work because it’s NOT the same issue because as stated above, Company Contacts/Users were not added via the Admin Portal. Integration with Calendly
Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.

Salesforce Avaya integration
Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.

Expose barging, monitoring, and coaching functionality via API
We have a system that shows some managers what their employees are currently doing. Part of that is showing the current phone state so the manager knows if now is a good time to listen in or help out.But there's no way to give the managers an easy way to hop on that call, instead, they have to dial special star codes (80,81,*82) and then the user's extension. In Ringcentral for Salesforce app, allow send/ rec of files through SMS.
The sending and receiving of files though messaging already exists in the desktop and phone ringcentral applications. In order to prevent my team from bouncing between apps, please enable this feature in the salesforce integrated app. Thank you!
