Deleting texts via the RC outlook addon
When using the RC outlook plugin and receiving texts (messages) it is not possible to delete the texts via the RC outlook addon. Although, opening the RC phone app and deleting the texts (messages) works… but only sort of. After deleting the texts (messages) in the RC Phone app and then reopening outlook, The RC outlook addon shows blank texts (messages) by “anonymous” so, although the texts (messages) are deleted from the RC outlook addon it is still taking up space and does not look professional for an app and or an apps outlook addon.So, The idea is somewhat simple…

Integration with ClientBase CRM for travel agencies and tour operators
ClientBase is the largest install CRM in the travel marketplace and being able to integrate calls, IMs etc into each ClientBase record would be very useful. ClientBase has connections for traveler records but also to airline, tour and cruise line inventories and invoices.

Would it be possible for the formula used to generate the Call Recording Link ( rcsflCall_Recordingc) in the Salesforce integration to be https:// rather than http://, please? Currently, when users click on the Call Recording link, the call recording is opened via an unencrypted http URL.

Microsoft/Google contacts in Salesforce add-on
Now that RingCentral supports voice in the web addon for Salesforce, it would be very useful to support Google & Microsoft contacts. Indeed, Salesforce is usually used by a portion of the customer. Therefore, it is important to be able to contact your colleagues that are not in salesforce. This is usually the company directory that is available in Microsoft/Google.

Airbnb does not allow usage of RingCentral as a host contact number
Airbnb, the multi-billion dollar vacation rental website does not allow usage of VOIP phone numbers as a host contact phone number. I may have to cancel my RingCentral service, but this is a HUGE amount of potential lost revenue for RingCentral since any property manager business cannot use your service for their business! There should be a way to redefine the RingCentral number so that Airbnb does not tag it as a VOIP..their concern is that most VOIP numbers are land lines that do not accept text messages

Outbound Caller ID Switch Options on RingCentral for Microsoft Teams
If a user has numbers for multiple states and/or countries, it would make it easier if on the dial pad, the caller id number selected will have a drop-down option so that other numbers can be selected. The main RingCentral App has it. The other integrations should have it as well.

Clio is a CRM and marketing tools used by 1,000's of attorneys across the country. It would be great if Ring Central had an integration with Clio.

Please note, there is a preliminary issue where the extension doesn't match phone numbers with contacts due to a phone number format issue. The extension only recognizes contact phone numbers with international standard format-- +(country code)XXXXXXXXXX versus (XXX)XXX-XXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX, etc. Our developers are working with Clio for a resolution. Glip needs to interface with accounting software like QBO and Zoho Books
Project/task management (Glip) is very limited (and useless for us) if the work we do (tasks) can't be attributed to work done for internal (company) and external (client) projects. So we do not use Glip. Instead we use a real PM app (Zoho Projects and CRM). Please consider creating the sync/integration for Zoho Books (bookkeeping/accounting software).

Support breadcrumb structure in support site
I navigate to my support cases, select a case, the navigation puts me into 'system status'. This seems a web design error. My expectation on bread crumbs is that enable backward traversing, this is adjacent traversing.
