Advanced Scheduling of Call Queue changes
I would like to be able to set up on-demand changes to call queues in advance. For our own purposes, we have staff that often will rotate in to cover a shift for a staff member in a different department. Only registered callers will be able to call in - GREAT for private conferencing. Keeps unwanted callers from listening to paid information.

I would love to have a feature where a customer of mine can call the main menu and receive an info text from our number. Example: "Thank you for calling Company, please press 2 to receive a text message with a link to our information booklet."

If when calls come into a Main School number(not a specific extension) the voice mail messages would rotate through my Ring Central Team...

Add ability to disable chat for Webinar
Add the ability to disable the chat feature for Panelists in a Webinar. Public agencies have to follow strict rules surrounding board member interaction (The Brown Act). When chat is enabled there is a possibility of having "serial" meetings. In the Large Meeting product, we have the ability to disable chat to remediate this issue. This is a high priority request that would provide increased functionality for your government customers.
