Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.

  9. When using the Salesforce integration, RingCentral's session timeout setting is 7 days. Having checked with RingCentral support, this cannot be adjusted. If a user uses the RingCentral for Salesforce integration and does not logout, the Salesforce session will be kept active for 7 days. The scope of this idea is to permit RingCentral admins the capability to enforce session timeouts at the same intervals as the Salesforce Platform.   10. I'm building out some complex call routing. Listening to telephony events, and using the Telephony Call Control API, I have the ability to transfer a call to a specific user after doing a quick lookup on our CRM.In the event of no phone number in our CRM, we want to route the call to different groups of individuals. It's not the same group of individuals every time, it will fluctuate based on availability and last call taken.   13. As you already integrate with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Bigin, Zoho Mail, Zoho Cliq, it seems like a natural progress to support archive to Zoho WorkDrive, as usually when customer use Zoho apps, they are typically invested in the whole Zoho platform of apps.

  14. calls to number with "/" symbol not going through>can not delete the character because we use the outlook plugin to dial a number from a signature without editing it. Because of an old standard the "/" is still used to separate the area code from the phone number in Germany

Anytime an incoming call comes in through my RingCentral App for a customer already in our system, an orange screen will come in from the left on Pipedrive and cover the current file I am working on. See attached. It's very frustrating. I first reached out to RingCentral who told me to contact Pipedrive only for them to tell me it was a developer problem on the RingCentral side as they don't have access to the program integration.     I think the resolution to this is in the settings that allow one to turn off call/screen-pop for incoming and outgoing (or both) calls.

    If you feel like the current product does not address this concern, please reach out to support so we can schedule time to talk about it person.

  17. Would like to be able to label each text instead of it showing as the full text when trying to select one. It would also be nice to be able to space things out so the texts are not a run on sentence when creating a template. I like to separate my name and email in a separate paragraph.

    Based on the date of this idea, I believe this has been implemented as we have completely redesigned the UI for SMS templates in App Connect (and thus Pipedrive)

  18. Could you please remove the note box at the bottom of the call app that I use in pipedrive. 1. i never use it and 2. a black box always pops up with a message and then blocks the red button for me to hang up and its super annoying!

  19. It does not seem like the existing integration with Zoho CRM works from RingCentral Android app. It does not allow to create CRM contact from incoming call/message. Does not allow to read/create any info for contact in CRM.Also, "Send Text Message" from Zoho CRM contact opens in the native phone app instead of Ring Central.Only things I was able to get working was call logging for existing Zoho CRM contacts and calling an existing contact in Zoho CRM actually calls with Ring Central.

  20. I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…
