  2. Hubspot Inbox Workflows

    Add support for creating workflows that targets the Hubspot Inbox.

    The only workflow that can be supported at this time is outbound SMS and it would be great to expand the automation possibilities using RingCentral as the voice/SMS provider.

    Another feature to allow configuration settings to user to allow pop ups on calls with user records populating on the screen

  4. Inbound calls that are parked, should not be changed to outbound when picked up and being logged in salesforce

    The salesforce CTI currently logs inbound calls as outbound if they are parked and picked up by another extension. This makes the reporting data unusable.

  6. Role-Based Toggle Visibility For SSO Enablement

    Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.

    We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription

  10. Office 365 presence sync to RingCentral

    Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

  13. Automatically Disable RC Embedded App Notifications During an Ongoing MS Teams Meeting

    When an MS Teams meeting is ongoing, the RingCentral Embedded App should either turn itself to DND automatically or disable the call notification popup to avoid interrupting the ongoing meeting.

  17. Support for Multiple Browser Sessions in CXOne

    Currently, agents are being logged out of the CXOne system when multiple browsers are open with CXOne running in each. We would like to request the ability to configure a setting that allows agents to remain logged in across multiple browser instances without being automatically logged out, improving flexibility and user experience.

    I use Ring Central from Salesforce. I have a one-time request: We need to send messages to ~ 216 people from a Salesforce Campaign. They are members of this specific campaign. Is this possible with the Salesforce—Ring Central Integration?
