  3. We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!

  9. Park location number - display on phone or recall it.Everyone benefits from this idea. Should already be available as standardize feature to place a caller in a park location number have it display as reminder. Problem arise due to rolling/changing park location number. Or at minimum, provide ability to recall park location number after hanging up the phone.

  10. cx did call us informing that they want to send sms with an attachment of a pdf file or any file type however they don't have option to attach it. we informed cx that we dont have yet that option so maybe you can consider adding such feature in the future.

  11. Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

  12. You can only blind transfer with the HubSpot Plug In. We need to be able to talk to who we are transferring to first. Please add this feature. It is already a RingCentral Feature just need the option added to the HubSpot Plug In.

  14. Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

  15. when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status

  16. Sending a Fax via Email, cannot include anything in the body. Would be great to add text. Also the ability to add email signature would be very helpful for simplicity and saving time. Currently have to add some steps and cannot include everything needed.

  17. This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

  18. It would be a great idea if we could personalize the user status when on a call using RingCentral for Microsoft Teams. At the moment when the user is on a call, it is showing "Busy" and it would be great if we could change it to "On a Call"

  19. Recently, we've integrated RC with HubSpot, but the RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension. Our goal is to sync both directories to enable seamless communication.
