  3. I would like to be able to set up on-demand changes to call queues in advance. For our own purposes, we have staff that often will rotate in to cover a shift for a staff member in a different department.   5. We use Dynamics 365 and are looking to implement the RingCentral for Dynamics 365. Current functionality has the pop screen identify matching contacts, accounts or leads. It can then save a log file as an activity under the selected record. Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones.   19. The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose.
