Tip Bot
Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones. Choose Destination Folder for Archiver Backups
The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose. Salesforce Avaya integration
Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.

Setting to allow Dial Pad to remain on top of other open screens.
I run multiple screens with multiple applications running. When the Dial Pad is hidden under other screens, it is too clumsy to have to navigate back to the Ring Central app and open it back up.
