  1. automatically sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace

    I want to sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace without changing our current SCIM setup.
    I have some teams on Google Voice that need to be able to see our other teams on RingCentral for call handling.

    Importing via a .csv file is not effective as the file will need to be periodically downloaded from RingCentral, and then imported into Google Workspace.

  2. Currently, every time a user changes their status in MS Teams/Teams Embedded App, it shows in the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal, which causes the logs to become cluttered, making it difficult to track other important activities.

    We are looking for an option to prevent these status change logs from appearing in the audit trail.

  4. Would it be possible for RingCentral (HubSpot) to automate call dispositions, meeting types, and call outcomes? JustCall seems to offer this functionality, and implementing something similar could enhance efficiency and save time for users.

  9. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.

  10. We are implementing Yardi CRM IQ and they are having issues with call routing. Here is the note from Yardi support. "When we call any third-party number, we need a response of 180Ring, indicating the phone is in fact waiting for someone to answer. Instead, with Ring Central, they provide us a SIP response of 200 OK, which means the call has been answered even when it really hasn't been.   13. I have the HUD subtab when I'm in the Phone tab of the RC app. Previously, before an update a few months ago, the RC app would remember the last selected subtab after a call ended, which was almost always HUD. Now, it always returns me to the Keypad subtab after a call.

  14. As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.

    After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.

  15. We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in.   17. Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

    After creating a report to view the total number of SMS/Calls using RingCentral for HubSpot in HubSpot, it will show under the Unassigned section.
