  2. It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP

  6. I would like to be able to set up on-demand changes to call queues in advance. For our own purposes, we have staff that often will rotate in to cover a shift for a staff member in a different department. It can then save a log file as an activity under the selected record. Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones.   20. I have a local Windows based server that automatically sorts all faxes located in a certain directory to correct patient folders. We receive hundreds of faxes per day throughout the day and it is tedious and time consuming to dedicate staff to manually download these fax files throughout the day. It would be advantageous if RingCentral could automatically forward these files directly into a folder on my server as they are received without requiring user intervention. For example my Domain is called LTD. As faxes are received at RingCentral they are forwarded into //LTD/Received Faxes/FileName.tif.
