Add Telus Business Connect Phone to Winget Repository
Hi, I am a Business Connect client and we are leveraging Winget (Windows Package Manager) as a method of keeping our apps up to date. We noticed Ringcentral.Ringcentral is in the repository, that's great but I was wondering if you could potentially push Telus Business Connect apps to Winget as well? If you are not the right person, can you please suggest a contact at Telus to reach out to?

I'd like the auto reply message to be sent just once to the client. It should be sent the first time a client sends a text to us at 808-566-6611.If you turn on the automation, then the auto reply message is sent each time a client sends us a text, whether the first time or a response to our sent text.

Edit/Modify fields in Hubspot softphone
I would like to add fields to the softphone in RingCentral. We have RingCentral connected to our CRM (HubSpot). We need to add options to the softphone for when a customer calls in - for example if a business calls in we need to make it as a business customer and have that flow through to HubSpot.

Add new contact, with option to "switch on" in order to share with all other users.
This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.

Searching on the contacts field is still not supported in Zendesk. Looking to have this implemented as it is available on other similar CRM integrations.

RC App Chat within MS Teams Embedded Dialer
Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

Poly CCX 700
Please create a firmware/profile version for the Poly CCX 700 for RingCentral MVP. Just like the "MS Teams" or "Zoom" profiles you can select from, there should be a "RingCentral MVP". So that you can utilize all the features of the CCX 700. Join Video Meetings, see your MVP Profile etc.

MS Teams RingCentral Cloud PBX Outage Status
I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

RingCentral Embedded Desktop MS Teams Plugin Call Control
RingCentral Embedded plugin needs to have Call Control on their Jabra or Poly headset, the same as RingCentral desktop.
