    When you click the 3-dots when hovering over the time, you are given the option to delete your message. Make this setting optional or give the ability to disable this option.

  6. disable Provisioning related email alerts sent to users

    We are planning to FULLY turn on AD/azure Provisioning for Ring Central
    Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
    I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view
    daily report of all Provision related changes

  7. ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app

    Slack is one of the most used messaging apps and many people like to use it for real-time conversation. RC should offer Slack workspaces as add-ins to enhance team messaging your current configuration (link below) does not allow for this. Ideally, I should be able to go to the app tab in RC and open Slack. You have integrations with Google in your ‘Works with Google’ section you should have ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app. There’s incredible need to to contain where conversations are happening and centralizing the activity it’s a huge miss not to offer this.https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/slack

  8. Need option for the agent to send incoming calls to voicemail from the google integration Windows system notification

    When the RC for google app is minimized , the agent can only see a Windows notification whn a call comes in. It would be useful if this Windows notification offered the option to send the call to voicemail. Currently the agent has to open the app first so the can see the app screen.

  10. Add a field to capture the number a user dialed in the Salesforce Integration

    The inability to attribute a phone call via Salesforce is a bit alarming as this is a huge miss on RingCentral's part. One of the primary reasons to have multiple phone numbers beyond the obvious of going to different people is to attribute where a user found you and called in from. The current Salesforce integration (July 2022) doesn't surface the number that was dialed and therefore lacks the capability to setup dashboards capable of attributing calls from various locations and ability to view the data alongside other Salesforce data.   12. Can you integrate with the Crestron 4-Series Control System?

    We just installed this system in our conference room. It only supports Zoom and Teams. We would like it to integrate with RingCentral. This would be a huge benefit to our team as we really like using RingCentral for video conferencing.

  14. Jabra evolve2 75 headset integration

    Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  16. Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.

    Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

  17. Option to activate the text tool when the user is set up a new line.

    It would be useful if you give the option to activate the text tool when the line is being activated, so the user who wants to use this tool can use it as soon as the line is activated, and thus avoid the user having to contact support to activate this function, as sometimes the cases cannot be easily opened to contact support because the page does not work and when trying to call sometimes there are no agents available, personally, I contacted support many times to get activated the text function and sometimes that takes days, and it's time…

  18. prerecorded message that can kick at the middle of a call via triggering it through the dial pad.

    When talking to customers we now have to read a disclosure EVRY time we talk to someone about a plan. Instead of us reading, I would like to click a number on our dial pad and play the recording so the client can hear it

    MS Teams offers a ServiceNow Virtual Agent (bot( integration with their messaging platform.
