Allow the function "Create Call Log" to be disabled on RingCentral For Salesforce.
Some people may need it, however, for customers that have a heavy volume of outbound calls, it is inefficient, if the back button still needs to be pressed, in order to make another outbound call.

Show "TO" information on Dynamics 365 module!
We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items... According to Siteefy.com statistic "42% of all websites on the entire Internet currently use WordPress as their content management system. This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Select Whom to schedule a meeting before meeting details will populate
Using the RingCentral scheduler Add in, it always auto populate the meeting details in the body and the default "schedule for" is assigned to the same extension where email is connected. It would be a great idea, just like the old RCM app, to select the "Schedule for" then it populates the meeting details and send to attendees. It will save time as some customers are always scheduling a meeting for another user extension. TIA

relate a call to a deal in zoho crm
I love the integration of ringcental and zoho crm. However, through the automated popup that occurs when a call comes in we are not able to relate a call to a specific deal. This has to be done by going into the "Activities" module, finding the specific call and then relating it to a deal. I will attach screenshots. FYI - we have renamed the "Deals" module in our crm to "Jobs."
