  6. We do not use all the Custom Objects that are installed with the managed package, so the Custom Objects are taking up valuable resources. It would great if the we have the option to delete/remove the Custom Objects that are not needed, especially Custom Objects for Activities.

  7. Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

  8. Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.

  12. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

  14. In the RingCentral Dynamics 365 integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

  18. If I'm in an external stakeholders meeting, I would want not only my RC for Teams App to show I’m busy, but also my Ring Central App. It should behave the same as if I was on a PSTN call.

  19. Due to area code, phones don't match numbers calling with numbers in the Corporate Directory. We have a corporate directory set up, but any entries there don't match the numbers that call us, and the names from the directory aren't displayed. I've done some testing with the local directory; I'm very sure this is because it sees the number with an area code as different from the same number without it (For example, it would see 01234 567890 and +441234 567890 as two different numbers and not match them) But attempting to edit the corporate directory with 0's instead of…
