Filter specific calls of external numbers on the account
To have a feature in the account where, when they download the call log from Performance Reports, it is already filtered to show only the numbers included in the IVR menu. Especially external numbers.

Within the Audit Trail we would like additional login information on how the user logged in. Whether it was by SSO or native credentials.

Archiver - SMS Content
Our archive provider is Smarsh. Why do some RingCentral direct messages show in the archive with the email addresses of the sender/recipient, while other messages show only the 10-digit phone number? Finding content by searching the email address is preferable for us. The phone numbers tend to be reused as staff come and go from the company, so they are dynamic, but email addresses are never reused. Is there a way to have all messages sent to the Archive labeled with the email address?

RingEX for HS | Enable Auto-log Calls only for calls made directly from the CTI
Is it possible to configure the system so that only calls made through the CTI are logged, and exclude calls made via other platforms (e.g., RingCentral desktop app, mobile app, RingCentral for Google, etc.)? Essentially, they are looking for the opposite behavior of the 'Activity Sync' feature.
They’ve already disabled Activity Sync. However, since they typically have HubSpot open the majority of the time (about 99%), calls placed from other endpoints are still being logged and new contacts are being created. RingCentral integration with HubSpot. While calls and texts are syncing correctly, voicemails are not appearing or showing up in the system. All other aspects of the integration seem to be functioning properly, but the voicemail sync issue requires attention.

User Provisioning without Adding an Unassigned Extension / Licensed - Google IDP
I do not want provisioned users from Google to be assigned phone numbers, I want them to be assigned "Video Pro" licenses by default. They can later be "upgraded" to phone numbers as needed.

Employee Rewards Program
Hi team, I have a client that wants to be able to integrate an employee rewards program to be able to give gifts to their users by meeting a certain KPI (i.e volume of calls, # of calls answered, how many meetings booked, etc.) I did not see any employee rewards app integrations when looking through the app gallery. We would like to enhance the integration between CX and Salesforce to allow outbound calls initiated by clicking customer numbers to be placed via the appropriate queue, rather than defaulting to the company number.Requested Improvement:
