Develop a Process for Automatically Removing Personal Contacts
Hello,
My team and I have been using the RingCentral for HubSpot Extension as well as the Data Sync that pushes all of our HubSpot Contacts to our RingCentral Accounts. We have only been using the sync for about 5-6 months now and have already maxed out the number of contacts we can have in our RC accounts (10,000).
With that, we can no longer search for our HubSpot contacts by name in the RC App and it causes a lot of confusion when trying to keep all communications in order.
My proposal is to add an automation/configuration within RingCentral…

Sync Teams Status with RC Status
As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing. It would be great if we have the option to select the 'property' filed as the contact owner | RC Labs HubSpot SMS
Currently, the workflow always sends the SMS from the contact owner’s phone number. Therefore please ensure the contact owner has a valid RC account (the same email address to sign in both HubSpot and RingCentral), and is able to sign in to RingCentral for HubSpot so that Send text messages (SMS) action will work properly.

Automatic Call Recording
For Automatic Call Recording in UC, it would be nice to have a separate message played for inbound calls and outbound calls. For example, when someone calls into an extension that has inbound calls recorded, the get one message. When someone calls out on an extension that has their outbound calls recorded, we could have a different message that states Who is calling and then after informing them of calls being recorded. If they know who is calling, then we may not have as many hangups.

AAD Attribute mapping to License type for user accounts when auto provisioning with Azure
When auto provisioning users, it would be helpful to be able to select the type of licensing you are providing to the accounts based off of the group they are added to in AAD. For example:
- Create Security Groups "RingCentralVideoPro" and "RingCentralDigitalAdvanced" in Azure/MS365.
For users in "RingCentral_VideoPro" AD group, Azure will provision an account based off of AD Attributes and assign a Video Pro license.
For users in "RingCentral_DigitalAdvanced" AD group, Azure will provision an account based off of AD Attributes and assign a Digital Advanced license, including assigning an extension and number to the account.

RC for Hubspot - AI Transcript
We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription

Add a Message Store API endpoint that allows you to pull messages for all or a selection of extension ids
The existing Message Store "List Messages" endpoint requires you to run it for each individual extension id, whether or not that extension has any messages for the specified time period (dateFrom to dateTo). This is incredibly inefficient if you have a large number of SMS enabled extensions.
I had hoped that the Message Exports "Create Message Store Report" would allow me to pull this data more efficiently, but it takes forever to complete, so it can't reliably be run frequently.
