    I would love to see the number label added as a column in the Company numbers report. It is very annoying to have to download the Excel file to see the label. If it is in the download it should be easy enough to add as a selectable column.

    It would be nice to be able to resize the active call window to display the full caller id name and phone number information. Today the window is so small that it cuts off part of the caller id name and only display ... at the end of the name.

    We are a very big company and I like to label the Company numbers with each site name and purpose so we can find them easier in the Analytics portal. The current 16 character limit is very limiting when some of our Site names are longer than 16 characters. Would it be possible to increase the character limit to at least 32 characters.

    SMS for Call Queues is coming-- as in if a text is sent to a call queue number, there will be an inbox available for one agent to respond to those SMS.


    I know the core of this request is to have a shared SMS inbox where multiple people can send and receive SMS from the inbox. Our product teams are aware of this ask, but I do not have more information about if/when this segment of the ask is coming.
