Looking for a way to limit the scope of the Audit Trail access to only specific departments/teams/extensions without full access to all sites and the company.

Some of our users are using laptops and do not have a secondary screen to keep the RC app open in. We are noticing that the app is going grey/invisible/idle - when in PowerPoint, Word or writing a long email.We want the app to not set a user to idle if they are still active on a computer but using some other application for an extended period of time.

Looking for a way to make it possible to schedule daily, weekly etc. audit trail reports to be emailed from the rc admin portal. Using certain filters for extensions, departments, etc.
