An error occurred while saving the comment Junardin commentedThere should be an additional permission parameter that we can tick through custom role that will allow access to the performance reports of users that are members of all call queues in the account. This should be different from user management permission as this type of custom admin should not have access to all user extensions but only the members of all call queues
