RingCentral maintains multiple data sites and nodes to ensure core user and account data can be preserved in the unlikely event of a site disruption. While customer-initiated backup of all settings and configurations is not presently offered, there are policies and procedures in place to assist customers who may encounter a significant data loss. Hi team,sending this request on behalf of a customer. They would like to have the ability to check on other users' call log from the RingCentral app. Currently, this is possible when admins check on the admin portal or when managers of user groups would check on the call log of their members from the admin portal. They would just like the same option to be available from the RingCentral app.
