   I would love to see the feature to schedule a presence. We have a hybrid environment and to have the day automatically set as "working remote" or "In the Office" would increase our efficiency.

    It would be nice if you changed a certain presence, that it would go directly to voicemail. Such as PTO and it sets it to voicemail. Right now you have to setup your presence and phone call routing in two steps

    Seeing the presence of the user in the Mobile app is critical because these users are not in the office and it would help them quickly identify who to contact. Currently they have to click into the contact name to see their presence.

    Half of our office is mobile and they do not have a laptop/computer to look at. We need a HUD view so they can quickly know who is in and out of the office. This feature is critical for mobile users who are not in the office.

    We would love to be able to change the music on hold for the park locations. We put callers in park then doing a hold.
