   The branding controls requested here were part of the legacy RingCentral Meetings (RCM) webinar offering, which has since been retired. The capability now lives in our current product, RingCentral Webinar, where a host can customize the registration page — color theme, logo, and banner image — to match their brand.    It would useful if we were able to add our own company logo watermark to the Meetings and Webinars rather than the current one that says "RingCentral Powered by ZOOM"

   This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement.     Meeting participants can request remote desktop control while someone is sharing their screen, and the presenter approves with a click. This has been available for some time in video meetings on the desktop app. See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.

    It is now possible to schedule the new user e-mail-- the email is still a 48 hour period, but the admin can decide when the 48 hour period begins. Learn more here.

    This is a feature that should be built into any Enterprise communications system. Employees left unchecked will sometimes post unprofessional photos. Please implement this ASAP.
