To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID. If you would like to see a more shared inbox group texting option, please vote for these ideas: Add a text message queue similar to the call queueTexts should go to multiple users

It is now possible to schedule the new user e-mail-- the email is still a 48 hour period, but the admin can decide when the 48 hour period begins. Learn more here.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kenny commentedThis is a feature that should be built into any Enterprise communications system. Employees left unchecked will sometimes post unprofessional photos. Please implement this ASAP.
It would useful if we were able to add our own company logo watermark to the Meetings and Webinars rather than the current one that says "RingCentral Powered by ZOOM"
