On the RingEx for HubSpot extension - is it possible to have a setting to always enable notes like in the app? Our team uses that all the time for calling, as it is such a nice integration but it would be nice if we didn't have to rely on muscle memory to always turn on the notes!

A US customer disagrees to submit a form that says International Whitelisting Agreement for a US-based number.
We should have a form that whitelists local numbers.

For Call Queues - when ringing in Simultaneous mode - it would be nice to have the option to allow call waiting for users. As currently this is what we use, but when a call comes in and you are on another call, it rings and quietens the current call you are on.
