    This issue comes up consistently. RingCentral sold/rented devices support the feature, but RingCentral does not include an Alert Info header to enable the devices to differentiate between internal/external calls. It would require custom configuration in lieu of a front end portal toggle, but at least if the Alert Info header is enabled the custom configuration can be handled by PS.

    Suggest that this option should be a global toggle in the Admin Portal. For example:

    Enable/Disable automatic Welcome Emails. If enabled, then Welcome Emails operate as current state. If disabled then Welcome Emails should ONLY be sent when manually triggered from the Admin Portal (i.e. select user > Send Welcome Email).
