Our Director of Operations (responsible for 49 brick and mortar locations) had built multiple performance reports. Many had active subscriptions where reports were being emailed to people in the field. He's no longer with the company. We've lost access to all these reports and the associated subscriptions. Admins not having the ability to admin this area is a major blind spot on RingCentral's part. (Ref Case # 28878297)
