Split-billing for an organization

Do not display 'Main Number' on Service Web's 'My Extension' Page
The request is to use verbiage other than 'Main Number' at the top of Service Web on the 'My Extension' Screen, as that could be confusing for End Users.

Modify Company phone number Site assignment
The request is to provide the ability to modify Company phone number site assignment when a phone number is reviewed in Phone System<Phone Numbers. The ability would be helpful to be offered as a dropdown. When "parking" numbers in an account (additional numbers or unassigned) these will need to be assigned to the auto-receptionist before assigning to a user as a full DL. Currently, this process returns the number to the "Company" instead of honoring the site the number was previously in.

Expand Service Web<User Templates to include ability to manage templates for Shared Line Groups.
Currently, templates can only be created and applied to users. Shared Line Groups are used in retail scenarios and often require bulk updates.

Increase the fields "Job Title" and "Department" to 256 characters
This can be helpful when institutions have job titles and department names that are longer that 64 characters.

Billing Approvals
Request is for ability to assign billing approval limits within Roles, allowing Site Admins to add product/services to their site within the account up to a specified limit. If billing exceeds this limit, it gets escalated for approval by Super Admin.

Remove 'advertisements' in the My Extension portal
When a user logs into 'My Extension' in Service Web, they are presented with links to "refer a friend and get rewarded" and "buy professionally recorded voice prompts". The request is that these messages not be presented.

Class of Service
Ability to allow international on a user basis on a UID. So, if 5 users on the UID need to make calls to Jamaica, the administrator can allow this on a user basis for the users to call that country while rest of the users can not. Today, a country is all or nothing on the UID.

Ability to make user number private in directories and caller ID
Request is for the ability for a user to be marked "private". That user would not appear in the system directory, and their caller ID (including internal calls) would appear as "private".

Use a custom rule to direct call to specific number/IVR while in Single Level mode
This can currently only be done in multi level mode, but multi level mode restricts the ability to send calls to the main number to a specific person.

Page Numbers on top of service web pages when making changes
Add page numbers to the TOP of the service web pages when making changes to users, devices, numbers, etc. Additionally, once an object is clicked on and edited, consistently go back to where the admin originally was in the list of items they were changing. In other words, honor the page they were on and any filters that were set. This is an important feature to have for large accounts with thousands of numbers, users, and devices.

Save Filters On Phones & Devices page
When using filters on the Phones & Devices portion of Service Web, and the user clicks on the device they want to edit and save, when the user clicks the "back" button, the web page goes back to the proper Phones and Devices tab, but the filters end up being cleared. The admin then has to resubmit their filters, find what they are looking for next, etc. It's a lot of time and work when making a lot of device changes.

Adding New Int'l Site
Creating a new International Site via ServiceWeb doesn’t allow for a new home country code for the new int'l site to be added to the account before a GO DL is added to the account. The pull down menu options for this new site home country code lists only countries already on the account with a DL. It should be more seamless to create a new site without a GO DL for this new country.

Messages and Notifications User Permissions
Currently there is a Permission in custom roles to restrict a user from accessing Messages & Notifications settings from SW but this permission is too restrictive when disabled for a user. There are certain things a user should be allowed to do and somethings not allowed. The ask is for more granular control of the different sections within each category (messages versus notifications). For example, allow a user to see all of the settings, but don't allow them to change the email address where notifications and voicemail to email are sent. Or don't allow them to turn on notifications via…

Mobile APP status via Service Web
The request is to be able to see if RC App mobile is online via service web. Currently, all of the mobile devices say offline.

Prompt Library - global list for more than IVR
The request is for a "library" of all recordings that can be applied to any extension (music on hold, connecting music, IVR prompts, etc.), where an admin can see and select their custom audio files in the dropdown menu of settings for things like music on hold, etc., so they don't have to upload all the time. Additionally, if the audio file being referenced is re-recorded or re-uploaded with the same file name, the extension should inherit the new audio clip without any additional steps.
