Add Rotational setup for call queue
User wants to have the Round Robin or Rotational queue added to the Call queue setup, as Longest Idle favors people who are not getting on the phone to make outbound sales and they should not be rewarded with more incoming leads than sales people who are dialing for more business.

Lock email from end user updates
We would like to remove the ability for end users to change their email address on their accounts. We use SSO to log in and when users update the email incorrectly, it breaks the SSO login. It would be global, not just US.

Validate Rules for User accounts
I am not happy with the new UI and before the UI changed for Users for Call Handling and Custom Rules it looked the same as Call Queues and had the option for "Validate Rules" to make sure that no rules were conflicting. Ability to modify users without access to adding or removing users
I only want to Modify users but not the permission for them to have the ability to both add and remove extensions. We definitely do not want them to have that capability. Only super admins should be able to do that.

Teams Presense Sync Integration: Allow for use of secrets or certificates instead of relying on OAuth
Currently, we use the Teams Embedded app and have presence sync turned on. While that feature works pretty well, it's not a great practice that the presense sync is tied to my admin account. Cisco 8861 should appear 2 lines under the name of the user instead of repeatedly.
Cisco 8861 shows the name of the user repeatedly same goes with the other phones, even if they already factory reset the device, this seems to be a normal behavior and might be caused by the current firmware version. The workaround right now is we added an extension on the presence for the name of the user not to show repeatedly.
