  2. We want to have caller ID for all external incoming calls, doesnt matter if its incoming to an extention, direct line, or call que. Not sure why this does not exist yet, very basic thing to have for a phone company. At this stage, we have 35 employees and none of them are able to see who is calling them. Very shocked that RC does not have this in place already.

  5. The previous version of the admin portal was far more user-friendly. Having the drop down menus allowed us to more quickly and efficiently configure the user call handling. The current version of moving back and forth between screens is time consuming and cumbersome.Further, the updated Admin Portal is more confusing and less accurate in its category descriptions. For example, previously, the "Phones and Devices" section housed all the information and settings related to the physical phones. The "Call Handling" section was where you went to adjust call handling. Now you have to select the "Phone" section to adjust call handling,…

  6. On Zero dialing, Do Nothing is selected. When the caller presses 0, it should do nothing, it should not connect to the operator extension. Do nothing should disable the operator extension.

  8. We need our users to be able to view the week schedule of their phone time in the RC app, as per support it is viewable in user extension Settings> User details > Settings and permission> Schedule however we need our users to have a view in the RC app for easier view

  13. please restrict outgoing phone calls for an actual number - so we can keep on adding telephone numbers for restricting.

    We do not want to be able to dial or call numbers that are on the UK Telephone Preferential System TPS and we have entered into a blocked number for outgoing calls.

  14. would like to be able to configure what caller ID is used when forwarding calls to external numbers:Pass through caller’s CIDoutpulse queue/user/site CIDMain application for option 2 is for on-call rotations. Recipient of call would know it’s an on-call issue and they need to answer.

  16. Allow Admins to add Pictures to user profiles so the company can fully leverage the desktop notifications. It would be great if everyone added their company photo, but 90% do not. I could easily have an admin on my team do it for everyone.

  18. Dear RC,Microsoft's support number - where they call you back when you open a ticket with them (and ask them to call you) - is consistently marked as SUSPECTED ROBOCALL. This is certainly not a robocall number and it's (425) 635-2970.Is there a form or an area I can fill out to suggest that it be removed from the list?
