  3. Ability to set the individual's name as part of the caller ID in Canada. Right now we can only send the business name but competitors (Zoom) can send the individual's name along with their telephone number.

  6. We would like the ability for someone on a local conference call to be able to leave without the call ending. Having the ability to get multiple people on a quick call is great but if someone needs to drop off they shouldn't have to start up a new call.

  7. Our costumer requested that number will be visible for wireless callers .As for now in the current version she need to open the log to see the number who called what is unconfident for the user .
    Costumer requested also to be able to expand the call logs at least to 75% of the page .Now is can be expand max to 25%

  8. Allow users to create a generic OOO message.

    Separately, they could record the time frame they will be out of the office.

    This would (conceivably) allow them to record one message for reuse.

    Example:
    You have reached the voice mail for Veronica Lee.

    I will be out of the office from [variable-Start Date] to [variable End Date].

    I you need immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.

    If your request requires my personal attention, please leave a detailed message and I‘ll get back to you when I return to the office.

Within my current role I have a few dozen call masking numbers to choose from and they are supported by area code and names labeled are weird and not always in line with the associated doctors' offices (some are labeled under the practice name and some practices are labelled based on a different physician in the practices name) It is very confusing and time consuming and been a headache to deal with.   19. Customer is coming from CloudCall, which has a local presence option that can auto select an outbound CID(covers most major metro cities) to match the dialed number. RingCX, and Dialpad CC can do this, but if MVP simply had a search feature for its built in Outbound CID selection, it would be more attractive to customers that don't necessarily need a full CC package just for this feature. I have recieved feedback from many prospoects that once that list gets more than 20 numbers in it, it becomes too cumbersome for the end user.

  20. ...status to update automatically to DND or DND-OutOfOffice.. Customer would like when a user puts an out of office event in Outlook, they would like an option to put the phone in DND and change the status to update automatically to DND or DND-OutOfOffice.
