Adding IVR under Ring Order
Sometimes we prefer the receptionist to answer direct calls from customers, but if the receptionist is busy with a customer. Having the IVR prompt come up after several rings is better than that phone call hanging up or going to voicemail.

Differentiate Incoming calls between dialed phone number and dialed ext number in just 1 user
We have extension under user with number as Receptionist and that extension has ring all together/ringgroups that when the number under that extension was dialed it will ring all under the ring group. And what we want if extension number was dialed alone, the call will ring only to that extension not the ring group under that extension

Call Park Functionality Between Different PBX Systems
The customer has implemented a Cloud Connector Directory Integration (CCDI) which includes an underlying SIP trunk to allow ext-to-ext type calls between RC Users and legacy-Cisco-PBX Users. The Cisco phone is not registering to RC. He is trying to park a call on RC and then retrieve it from the Cisco phone behind the Cisco PBX on the other side of the CCDI SIP trunk.
Currently, this is not supported as the call park functionality is only between RC users.

Streaming Music / Message on Hold
Requesting consideration for streaming support of music / message on hold sources like Mood Media (Muzak), Easy on Hold, etc. Customers are requesting this feature due to the changing demands of the industry to get their messaging to current and prospective customers, and the limitations of embedded music on hold don't allow for the organization to change quickly enough.

Warm transfer to call queue is not retaining caller ID
Currently after a warm transfer is completed to a call queue, the user that received the transfer sees the caller ID information of the user that made the transfer instead of the ID of the person that they are on the phone with after the transfer.
We are on 24.3.252.11815. This is critical for us for agent callbacks to customers for technical queries and needs to be fixed.

It's crucial that individuals monitoring calls via their desk phone (e.g., Mitel 6920 IP Phone) can view caller details. This feature allows them to determine whether they need to answer calls on behalf of the extensions or users they are monitoring.

Add Mitel Phones to the Supported Devices for Intercom Feature
In the support article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/4603.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US, Mitel phones are not listed among the supported devices. Please add Mitel phones to this list to enable the use of the Intercom feature.
