Add Special Number to New RC PC Application!
Please add the special number feature to the new RC PC application. It works with the old RC PC app, but the prefix is missing in the new app. This is the feature: Add a special number to the beginning or end of the incoming caller ID to help identify the reason for the call.

Persist - Add support for Germany
Public instutions most often demand additional survivability - on top of already existing redundancy options. They most often run critical infrastructures in order to still serve citizens especially in natural catastrophes and escalations to keep life and security operatiing.
Currently Germany is not supported by Persist but it should like currently France or Netherland. Please add this country extension.

Auto-Answer Calls
We need to be able to track Users who turn ON and OFF the Auto-Answer Calls Feature from the Ring-Central App. It only logs it currently from the admin portal. Also it would be great to be able to globally disable this feature from all users at the admin level.

Bring the Dial Pad back on the right side of the app
Remove the dial pad from the column next to the Calls and Voicemail tabs. It is more convenient to have the dial pad on the right side so we can easily dial a number from the call history. Or have the option to have the dial pad be dragged on the right side like how it used to.

Warm transfer to call queue is not retaining caller ID
Currently after a warm transfer is completed to a call queue, the user that received the transfer sees the caller ID information of the user that made the transfer instead of the ID of the person that they are on the phone with after the transfer.
We are on 24.3.252.11815. This is critical for us for agent callbacks to customers for technical queries and needs to be fixed.

Support for accented characters in dialer
If someone's name is saved with an accent, it will not appear when searched for in the dial-pad using a non-accented character.
For example, if someone's last name is saved as España and you search for Espana that user will not appear in the search.
-This issue is reproducible by support as well. COOPS-9133 is open for this - a formal feature request was requested, hence this also being opened.

Option to turn off the ability to receive calls from External number
We need to implement the following:
- No External Dial by Extension in IVR
- No External Dial by Directory in IVR
- No External Dial by DID
- But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.
Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

Feature request:
Ability to redirect all second calls AUTOMATICALLY from the RC App, when the user is already on a call.Scenario: The customer does not want agents to need to take an action when they are already on a call. Nor do they want the 2nd caller to wait while the call is redirected manually. The call waiting feature does not cover this scenario. If you enable "call waiting" it still asks the agent to decline manually and the caller gets a busy tone. If you disable call waiting it will send the call to voicemail instead.

DND Sync between RingCentral app and Mitel Deskphone
When DND in a Mitel Deskphone is turned on, it should be sync with RingCentral app and viewable by other Presence Key on other deskphones. This also seems to affect other phone models rather than Mitel.

I'd love to have a Robust IVR menu, wherein the caller could have the option to type their postal code so they would be routed to the right people based on their location instead of having a dispatch to initially take the call.

Wants to see the dial pad in the center of the screen
The user desires to have the dial pad displayed in the center of the screen, rather than having to click on the dial pad icon located in the upper right corner. Downgrading the app to the previous version is not a viable solution, as it will automatically upgrade to the new version after a few months.
