  1. We are a company who always use Conference call on their Deskphone. We want to utilize all of the lines on our Deskphone wherein while we are using Line 1 and Line 2 (with customers) we need want to use another line to call another client (external) or colleague (internal). We want to make utilize all of our lines in Deskphone/HUD.

  3. When an organization uses their main number as the fax caller ID or fax number as the sender, it would be beneficial if we could change the name from the default main super admin user. We had a ticket come in from a customer that was confused as to why a user who no longer works there is showing as the "From" user on faxes.

  9. I like that we can have our phone ring for pickup groups that we are monitoring but would like this to be something that isn't an all or nothing option. I have user extensions on my phone for speed dial purposes that I do not need to have ring when on my phone when they receive a call. Allowing us to pick specific monitored users to ring would be very helpful.

  12. Have a shared line setup....6 phones, 3 shared lines. If a user answers a call and puts in on hold, the only way another phone can pickup that shared call is to select the button for the shared line on hold FIRST before picking up the handset. If they pickup the handset first and attempt to select the line on hold after that, then all the phones will ring and the call on hold will be lost. Please adjust the functionality so that users and switch between lines without having to hangup the handset each time first.

  16. 087 and 084 numbers are considered "low-call" rate (charged at around 3p per minute) and many companies use this for contacting clients etc. 09 numbers are considered premium rate (charged at 25p - £2.00 per minute). These 3 options are currently bundled under "Premium" within Service WebWould it be possible to separate 087 and 084 into 1 group and keep 09 on its own?

  18. We don't have our employees use the application. We don't have it installed on the PC or phones. They are strictly fielding calls from customers from Mitel 6940w desk phones, which work great but they can't log themselves in and out of the queue status. As of now, we have to set their phones to DND, which means that while they won't field calls from customers, they can't take calls from anyone else.
