Call Log - Enhancements
If a user is locked down to only see his own sites calls, when he clicks on call logs you see your own call logs, then when you click on search you have to go through each user at your site one at a time. What we require adding as a feature is the ability to have select all radio button, so all users at that site are displayed for their manager. So he can see call recordings for the whole site easier than having to click on individual users. They do not want to give this user full company call logs. The analytics side of the product works exactly like that, but call recordings cannot be accessed that way.

We are a multi-Site configuration where each Site is a separate company and call logs and recordings need to be kept separate. If we could have the ability of a manager level associate have access to save their own filters and as stated above select multi-users and/or select departments or teams without having to grant Company Call Log - View Only which exposes call logs of users outside their own Site
