This really needs to be implemented, this is a very basic thing that all these services should have. Seeing whos calling to know if its more important than the current call you are on is critical.

To me this is a really basic feature. If I am already on the phone then I really need to see if someone else is calling me so I can decide whether to send them to voicemail or take the new caller. Just like I do as a basic feature on my mobile.
If I call a client and they don't answer, I will always leave them. voicemail. A lot of the time they start calling me back whilst I am leaving them a voicemail but my phone doesn't tell me they are calling. Then when I end the voicemail, I have no idea that the client did actually try calling me back as RingCentral thinks I was busy. I need the option to end my voicemail and pick up the phone to my client. Again, this is such a basic feature that my iPhone does for personal calls.

Hello,
Any Call Center needs to be able to see how many active/ incoming calls they have. Without this it becomes hard to catch every call before callers disconnect while waiting in the queue. -
