I HAVE TO FAX OUT USING MY OWN PERSONALIZED FAX COVER SHEET WITH THE CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE AT THE BOTTOM. THIS APP DOES NOT LET ME USE MY OWN. I HAVE TO USE THE RING CENTRAL PHONE APP INSTEAD TO FAX OUT SINCE IT GIVES ME THE OPTION TO UPLOAD AND USE MY OWN.

Strongly second this, this option is vitally important to our organization which is in the healthcare field.

We need the feature to allow our users to create a custom fax cover page via Ringcentral App "R". This is an option in RingCentral phone app but we want this feature enhanced to RC app as we are solely using the RC app and don't want to go back and forth between two apps.

Please add custom cover pages as an option. The fact that the old app had this option and the new one doesn't is pretty ridiculous.

I can't believe I'm paying $240 a year for e-faxes and RingCentral doesn't even allow custom cover pages. I'm looking elsewhere.

Please bring back the ability to set a custom coversheet for faxes that was available in the old RC Phone App. Having the ability to set a custom company coversheet that automatically grabs the contact and our sender information, as well as having all the legal jargon we need on it is a real time saver, rather than having to fill something out and attach every time we need to fax.

A feature that allows us to edit or remove personal info on top of fax.

We need this option as well. A template to deploy to the entire organization would be helpful also.

When adding a custom cover page the "recipient details" should auto populate with those details.

Incredibly important feature. We continue to have to use both the RingCentral App and RingCentral Phone App in our thin client environment. I also agree with Gary about medical offices. Our patients and referring offices need to see that the fax is from us. Please add this feature.

Customer would like to create a fax cover page with the company logo and have it available (preferably as the default) for all employees.

Basically, the phone app lets you create custom fax cover pages and upload them.However it's only usable in the phone app (Note: not the android // iphone app just the ringcentral phone app).Please spread this functionality to other platforms and then let us set through the admin portal for people to use this as default.

I agree with most comments, we need to be able to fax with a custom cover sheet (preferrably with our logo) from multiple devices, sources. This is essential for medical offices as we use fax very often as it is HIPAA compliant and email or text is not. Please add this basic feature.

Prioritize the restoration/addition of the custom fax page IMMEDIATELY. You simply cannot offer a mainline Fax product lacking this feature, it's absurd.
