Please bring back the ability to set a custom coversheet for faxes that was available in the old RC Phone App. Having the ability to set a custom company coversheet that automatically grabs the contact and our sender information, as well as having all the legal jargon we need on it is a real time saver, rather than having to fill something out and attach every time we need to fax.

A feature that allows us to edit or remove personal info on top of fax.

We need this option as well. A template to deploy to the entire organization would be helpful also.

When adding a custom cover page the "recipient details" should auto populate with those details.

Incredibly important feature. We continue to have to use both the RingCentral App and RingCentral Phone App in our thin client environment. I also agree with Gary about medical offices. Our patients and referring offices need to see that the fax is from us. Please add this feature.

Customer would like to create a fax cover page with the company logo and have it available (preferably as the default) for all employees.

Basically, the phone app lets you create custom fax cover pages and upload them.However it's only usable in the phone app (Note: not the android // iphone app just the ringcentral phone app).Please spread this functionality to other platforms and then let us set through the admin portal for people to use this as default.

I agree with most comments, we need to be able to fax with a custom cover sheet (preferrably with our logo) from multiple devices, sources. This is essential for medical offices as we use fax very often as it is HIPAA compliant and email or text is not. Please add this basic feature.

Prioritize the restoration/addition of the custom fax page IMMEDIATELY. You simply cannot offer a mainline Fax product lacking this feature, it's absurd.

Just writing to strongly support the above comment here. We, as Super Admins on our company Ring Central accounts, NEED to be able to create custom fax cover pages and make them available to all of our staff members. Individually creating a customer fax sheet per user is very inefficient. Also, not being able to add our logo seems unprofessional. Please let us know if there are plans to fix the fax cover page options. Thank you.

In order to meet HIPAA compliance guidelines a statement needs to be included on any fax about privacy and compliance. It would be great to either globally force a company cutom fax cover sheet or force a global footer

with the old ring central phone app on desktop you could make your own fax cover sheet with variables in a word doc, I then was forced to upgrade to the new app without this and has been a huge inconvenience

Your current app allows us to upload RingCentral customizable fax coversheets. The new app does not appear to have this option. Please add.

I have two businesses and need two different cover pages each with the business infomation pertaining to the appropriate business and business contacts. Seems like Ring Central sacrificed essential feature found on the Ring Central Phone app to come late to the game of the same functionality asTeams (already have this through Microsoft), Zoom, Skype, Facetime and Messager apps. Who's needs another app to do what we already can do and are already doing via these other tried and tusted applications? The new Ring Central apps is just redundancy (with already existing appls) but with a net loss of real fax functionality. (i.e. the Ring Central Phone app). Makes no sense to me.

Would like the DID the extension user owns to show as the fax number on the cover page. Instead of the company number being displayed. Editing Fax settings with Service Web, do not affect the fax cover page with the RC APP
