   Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app.

    Meeting transcription is available today as part of the all new Ringcentral Meeting experience, generated automatically when recording is enabled. An admin can enable it in company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.
