Show availability/status in Company contact list.
Just had a use case, where an employee was trying to find someone in a dept to call, but there isn't an easy way to see who's working. Right now you'd have to start a conversation with each person, or click each person in the company contacts to view the status in their profile. It would make things a lot easier to have this presence state visible in the list view. Bonus if the company contacts could be sorted/grouped by dept.

This is not implemented. Need to show status of all contacts on the contacts tab.

Currently, user status is only visible in the messaging. From RC app, it would be great to see user status in contacts or within groups without opening the user profile. The "Red Dot DND" is good but also need to make user status visible.

Currently the only way to view presence is to open the user's profile or be calling them from your messaging. It would be better to view presence everywhere you are able to search for a user -- but especially when using the dial out name search, having some indication of presence there so that a user understands whether they are expecting the person on the other end of the line to be available or busy.
