IVR Menu option If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times
Customer looking if for a feature for the that "If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times"
to be changes instead of playing the prompt 3 times is to 1 and 2 or better set it for 30 second then 
Disconnect the call
or 
Connect to extensionGeneric Key Presses  >Specify "If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times" before it either 
Disconnect the call

 commentedThe prompt 3 times is too long especially when they are calling our 800 number. 90% of the time the calls are spam calls that do not have the ability to push a bottom. It just eats up the minutes that we have with our 800 number. We rather keep the call as short as possible. If someone really needs to be connected, they would hit a number to be connected.

 commentedThe ability to leave a message without listening to the prompt 3 times is a needed ability and should be made available to set the number of times to repeat. We should not be limited to the options of making our customer press a key or hear the message 3 times. This is solved by letting the message play once prior to sending to voicemail box. Our former phone system had this capability and it is extremely disappointing to lose this function.

 commentedWe are loosing some customers, because they can't reach us through the IVR, and they do not wait till the third time to get forwarded to an Extension.
