Very frequently clients ask the same questions and I have the same exact response or need to send the same link. Other text providers allow canned responses or have text templates making it easy to send texts.Right now: Our company has a canned response text message Google doc that we have to copy and paste from which takes too much time and if you're using the mobile app it's such a pain. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider. This should be a staple. I just came from Salesmsg and this was by far one of THE BEST features

We send out many SMS messages that say the same thing. It would save a great deal of time if we have templates for those message.

Hello there! Have you ever found that a good portion of your texts say the same thing - especially if it is the initial message to a contact? About 60% of my texts are relatively the same and I found it extremely helpful to use the template addon on our previous texting software. With one click, I can send a preset message without having to type it over and over.

We use SMS to f/u w/ customers. We generally have 3 standard messages we use, would be nice if you created a drop down list where we can create templates to use. versus typing out each time or copying and pasting in from a document we keep on our computer.
