Super Admin Can View any Message/FAX/Voicemail
The Super Admin account, as well as other accounts granted this needed permission, should be able to view the messages on any user/line. The lack of this ability causes some headaches and seems obvious since the admin can always change the password for that user, then view messages. That solution causes headache for the admin and user.

Id like to be able to see my teams texts. Portal only allows me to see a text was sent but I need to see what was in that text and i have no visibility to see this unless I log in with the team members username/password

Administrators need access to easily view SMS messages for their users in the portal.

We would like for administrators to have access to incoming/outgoing faxes, similar to the way have access to incoming/outgoing calls.

The Admin section is reasonable and gives good ability to manipulate the desktop and mobile app for users. There are still sections that need to be either added or removed for different sections of businesses. We are a legal company and we also use Teams so we simply cannot have 2 areas of "chat" IE messages so having the ability to add/remove at will without us asking for it to be removed across the platform would be fantastic

Super admins should be able to have access to see the texts other users have sent. For example, we can already listen to voicemails from other users, but we cannot see texts and faxes sent by users. This is problematic because it does not allow for quality control and oversight by management unless we log in with an employee's account.

When users transition out of the company but the extension is going to be used for another user, the chat history is unable to be deleted. The new employee can see all of the chat history. this is problematic.

Admins should be able to view the call, text, and fax logs for all of their views and see what is outgoing.
