Sync Calendars and Contacts in Apple
It would benefit our companies if we have the option to sync our calendars and contacts from Apple.

With RingCentral now retiring the Phone app, this is no longer a minor inconvenience but a major loss of functionality for Mac users. The new combined app removes a basic feature that previously worked well: native Mac Contacts integration for caller identification. Requiring customers to lose this capability, or to maintain awkward workarounds, is not acceptable. If this is not addressed, our company will be forced to look at other phone system providers.

The reason this is so critical is because you dont have a repeating function for days, not dates (ie. like Thanksgiving is the 3rd Thursday in Nov. once a year) and Memorial Day is the last Monday of the May annually. Most of my meetings and events have this type of scheduling. Since you dont offer it, Apple does, so I could schedule it on my Apple Calendar, but then Ring doesnt sync with Apple.
