Prevent incoming calls from interrupting messaging
Currently, if you are typing a message in the RingCentral desktop application, an incoming call automatically goes to the front of the application, interrupting your message typing. In order to continue messaging, you must Ignore the call, then click back into the text field to continue. This becomes further trouble if the incoming call is from a call queue or if the caller persists to call again, causing you to then click Ignore, go to Do Not Disturb (DND), then click back into the text field. Please create a way, where incoming calls no longer go to the front of the application and let you complete what you were working on at the time of the call.

This would save our team a lot of headache as they are often typing something up when calls come in.

Can we please work on a fix for this? It is becoming a great inconvenience to our team and very frustrating to deal with.

So this has appeared as a major inconvenience for the company I work for as well. This application is used by almost every member of the company and every time they receive a call, it interrupts them from typing out what they are going to type. A fix on this would be greatly appreciated.

We have a very frustrating and annoying issue. When one of our team is trying to make an outgoing call. If a call comes in, that incoming call will takeover their dial screen. We've had incidents where they have rejected the calls by accident. This is a serious design flaw when you have large amounts of incoming calls. The only way around it at the moment is to go into DND mode, but we shouldn't have to do that.Incoming calls should display smaller above the dial screen when a number is entered. Like how a hold is placed above so you can make another call. It's super annoying, please correct this massive usability flaw.

I second this, this is way too annoying and I'm ready to nuke it from orbit.
