regular user ext can use numbers in the auto receptionist as outbound caller id number for SMS
need an option that regular user ext will be able to select numbers in the auto receptionist to use as their outbound number for sms. as of the moment we are limited to assign the number to the user ext for them to be able to use it. this gives restrictions especially if we need other user ext to use the same number

My sales staff call from the same line so new customers know where to call back if they have questions about their new purchase or for help in the future. The same would be nice for answering simple questions for customers so they don't have to have a separate number to save. In my industry, customers will cancel for any inconvenience.

Please bring back the feature that allows all users (not just the operator) to change their SMS Outbound Caller ID to the company main number.
