Update CNAME for all Carries in US and Canada
Currently there are no automated way to update CNAME for carries in Canada or in US. This is causing a loss of sales revenue. Sales teams using RC to make calls and client are simply not answering because they think it is spam.Other issue is that caller id mainly in Canada and some carries in US doesnt show RC caller id and only shows the number not the CNAME

I've reached out to RingCentral support regarding our CallerID's not being the same as our Company Name. Many of our users have CallerID's that are associated with a different company or name. Hoping that this issue can be resolved soon and all of our numbers can be under one main CallerID which will be our company name.

Please allow this change to take place, as a business and per the service that is offered by RingCentral this is hurting my business, my customers are not answering our calls due to not having my business name show up in the caller id because they think it is spam. Please allow RingCentral to be able to offer this service, we really need this as business owners. And it is affecting my revenue.

We want our Outbound Caller Name update for all Mobile Carries US and Canada. What we currently have right now showing is number and the City even we have update our Outbound Caller ID information

We are looking forward to have enable the outbound caller ID for Canada account. We are aware that Most carriers in Canada do not have an automated method for correcting or updating the names on phone numbers in case it needs to be modified. But it will help our clients if we can have this enable as soon as possible.
