Retain the main number as SMS outbound caller id.
As per the customer when ever he set Customer set the main number on the drop down for sms it always change to his direct number.Actual behavior : When ever they will refresh the page or logout the SMS will set to the direct number and not with the main number that they chooseExpected Behavior : Once they have selected the main for the caller id sms it should remain or should have the option to choose the default sms.

This would Urgent for consistency, seamless experience, and no confusion for the client.
This will also help us, agency, not have to use multiple products and loos track of text messages.
The changing of numbers can cause confusion and lead to customers leaving to frustration of change and giving the, an opportunity to leave because of lack of communication on their end.

Needing main number to show for caller ID text messaging. This is very important as patients(parents) are responding to a phone number that is for texting. Needing the caller ID to remain the same at the office number
