Spam Risk Caller ID to be removed
Hello, Currently our team is being told that their phone numbers are being shown as SPAM RISK on the caller ID and we would like to remove this as it is impacting our business and sales. We were advised that Ring Central is currently unable to perform this action.

100% of our outbound calls are made to prospects that request contact. Flagging our numbers as spam allows the competitors that buy the same leads to have a sales call while ours go straight to voicemail and rarely returned. It is incredibly expensive to get contact info for prospects in our line of work and when we are handicapped to start the conversation, the CAC numbers are way out of line. We really need some help on this.

This is a critical issue for our operations. When reaching out to prospects with quotes or contacting current clients to prevent policy cancellations, our calls are being flagged as "Spam" because they don't have our number saved. As a result, they don't answer, leading to lost revenue and missed opportunities for urgent client retention

As a member of IT we often get asked to remove a number showing as spam, but unfortunately there is not much we can do about it. Though the current recommendation is to use a third party to manage this, it would defiantly be more convent if RingCentral could do it on our behalf.

Instead of logging and registering the number per provider, RingCentral should have a push to request removing the number as SPAM on different carriers.

The customer wanted to have the option of requesting to remove the spam flag of their numbers when calling other carriers and wanted RingCentral to take care of the request rather than they go to carrier website to do it.
