Increase data retention for call logs more than 2 years

retrieve call logs back 2020 for billing purposes. We need to immediately add this functionality retrieve logs for more than 2 years

    Account owner requested a complete CSV export of all inbound/outbound call logs across all extensions from Jan 1, 2022, to present.

    Reason: Legal matter.

    Required fields: Date/time, direction, From/To numbers, handling extension/queue, duration, result, and call recording ID.

    Context: Client noted the standard portal only retains 12 months of data.

    We had a situation that required finding phone logs for legal reasons. It would have been helpful to have at least 2 years back.

    As a Police Agency this is very important to us, as we occasionally get requests for call logs dating back several years earlier. The longer we can go back the better.
