Timeout feature in IVR Menu
We need the ability to route calls before the prompts plays three times in the IVR Menu.

Adding my support for this. Currently, to bypass the 3-play default, admins have to build complex workarounds using 'Play Greeting' nodes or hidden routing logic, which makes the call flow much harder to manage and troubleshoot. Having a simple toggle to control the number of repeats would streamline setup and keep the IVR configuration clean and professional.

Our goal is to play the IVR greeting once and then automatically route calls. We just switched over to Ring Central from another provider where this was the default. We are a call center for approximately 200,000 customers who are all used to having the calls automatically routed, instead of waiting for three rounds of the greeting or pressing a key. Thank you

We're converting from Mitel/Shoretel now, and the lack of this feature is a major pain. No ability to separate site greetings from menus and make them modular. That's just one example.

This is critical! We have customers migrating from Mitel Conenct and they expect this feature to work similarly on RingCentral!
