This is crucial to our company as the current system is creating miscommunications and misunderstandings resulting in negative client experience. If it is not available we may reconsider using RC.
Our team has varying schedules which means sometimes clients text one person who left for the day but it is crucial for the remaining team to receive it. We need ability to use one number for all incoming and outgoing messages.

Centralized inbox for SMS for all extensions so that all users have a centralized sms messaging inbox

Please consider adding the feature of combining SMS usages for all users under the company. Our company does not allow employees to send/receive messages under their direct number but has to be under the company's main number so we would really appreciate it if a combine messages feature is available so we don't go over the limit under the main number while the other numbers are not used.
