Add start Audio Conference to the RingCentral Unified App from RingCentral Phone App
The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.

Avaya Cloud Office user here:
This issue has come up again for us. We often need conference calls (i.e. voice only... no video), and there are some problems currently with the personal conference number that every user has:
1) It's really hard for a user to get to their information. It's 5 clicks (one of which opens the Web browser) to see my Conference Number, Host Code, and Participant Code, and the options at each click are not obvious or easy to find. It seems pretty clear that this feature/capability is an afterthought. Please know that lots of people still need and want to use this feature.
2) The Participant Code is always the same for an end user's personal conference number. This is a problem. For example, if a user has two calls scheduled closely together, a caller from one call could connect a little early or a little late and unknowingly join the other call. There is no way for the end user to reset their code, either... a super admin has to do it.
My suggestion is to make this feature more usable. I think that it should be blended with the "VIDEO" menu option... and there should be some way to specify an "Audio only" meeting. I think the menu choice should be changed from "VIDEO" to "MEET" or "MEETING" or something like that.
Starting an audio-only meeting should provide participants a call-in number and the appropriate codes needed to join the audio-only meeting. It should be schedule-able just the current video meetings are. It should not require the ACO app... it should be reachable by anyone with a telephone.
Scheduled conference calls are still a thing! Please give us a good way to do that. My end users are frustrated.

We do lots of meetings that don't involve video (cameras). I think "Meetings" or "Meet" would be a much more appropriate section name than "Video". See the attached image for a mockup and comparison.
