Independent login/logout for desk phone and RC app for call queue members.
A call queue member may wish their desk phone to remain in queue but their software app not, and vice versa.

It would be nice to have the app ring on calls to my direct line or transferred to my extension, but not ring on the app for the general call queue to the main company number. Pretty annoying to have the mobile app ringing every time someone calls our main company number. You would think this could be accomplished through custom rules, but it cannot, so it's all or none.

I don't think there needs to be a separate login for Call Queue VM boxes, but in the mobile app it should show a list of all the Call Queues the user is a member of, how many unread VMs in the box, let them check the messages from the app, and have the app notify them when new VMs arrive.
