Remove Message Tab Completely for Specific Users
Retail/Hospitality customers need the ability to remove message completely for small number of users but have enabled for the greater account. Currently there is not a way to support this as the custom role will remove messaging completely at the account level. This prohibits adoption for the greater team and pushes customers to use alternate messaging products. This applies to both Mobile App (some use IPADs) as well as the Desktop App.

Yes, we need to be able to turn off the messaging feature for employees.

In the roles section where you should be able to remove the option to allow users to utilize the chat portion, this is not available currently. This would help assist us and some of our locations to allow us to remove this feature from their ability vs having to remove it from the organization as a whole. We are looking to gain flexibility within the app for the features that should be removed from those who abuse them without affecting those who do not.

This gives them the ability to disallow users to have the IM / messaging feature for internal employees. Garnering control over unnecessary messaging across employees while using the application during and even after work hours. Solely having the ability to have more control over features that let their employees communicate without regulation on a company-expensed service.
